There are very valid reasons as to why you see their signage all over Kamloops for new builds, commercial properties, and residential areas as the security and monitoring company on site.
For the past few years this company has been my #1 go-to for everything related to updated security cameras and new equipment installs within my workplace.
Their customer service is on point, their response time is prompt, and if there were any minor glitches along the way, they were remedied within a business day, if not sooner.
Nathan takes the time to explain things in simpler terms when needed so even the non-tech savvy people can understand what he’s talking about in regards to the things that he’s setting up. He’s very informative in the why’s and how’s and is more than willing to talk you through every step he’s taking as he goes along.
Andrew with tech support has assisted a few times when I’ve had to deal with things like updating apps and losing the log in information needed to reset the system. He has also shown me how to get the cameras back online when there’s been a power outage and the assistance was needed for myself and my boss.
Toni at the office though? This girl is the bee’s knees. You can’t get anybody better when it comes to being professional, honest, kind, and thorough. She is always there to answer your call or email and if she can’t answer the question herself, she will contact whomever is next in line and get the answers that you need.
This company is all around a joy and pleasure to work with – whether it’s merely a request for an estimate/quote, or an essential site visit due to a recent storm killing parts of your equipment (my recent issue) – they never disappoint. If they can’t do it? They’ll tell you. But I can promise you that before they get to the point of telling you they “can’t” do something? They’re going to discuss it among themselves and consider about 47 other options first.

What can I say, we choose Clear Security by word of mouth in our community. Nathan came up with a plan that would work with our budget and then over delivered.
