Certain camera systems that we can provide use analytics and thermal imaging to detect intruders and alert us to a possible break-in. Our operators receive the alarm, then see 2 – 10 second video clips of what caused the alarm, followed by the live stream all on the same screen. Within seconds, they can determine if the alarm is a threat to the site or not. We have Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras that can track a suspect person or vehicle for further investigation. Our thermal cameras can detect heat signatures from people or vehicles and can detect with no light, through fog, rain, etc. We also have license plate recognition cameras that can read and store license plates, also with little to no available light.

We have also begun using this video monitoring technology over any type of available internet connection. This includes WiFi, fibre, coax, cellular, and Starlink. Our network monitoring servers ping every device at the site every 30-60 seconds and can alert us to a video recorder, camera, hard drive, or any other type of issue almost instantly.

For more remote locations that perhaps have little to no power option, we can provide solutions to this with using battery operated devices- with extended battery life, top-notch analytics, and still be able to have the option of live monitoring.

We have 7 team members who all offer a wide variety of skills in this industry. We have 4 field technicians, 2 IT technicians, and our office manager. Our senior alarm technician has been in the industry for over 25 years. We are ticketed, licensed with Security Programs Division, current with Worksafe BC, and work closely with Technical Safety BC, following all permitting procedures and inspections.
